- RIPPLE FOLD- What Are Ripple Fold Drapes? Ripple fold style drapery have a consistent s- curve rippling across the span of the track. The ripples are created by the chosen carriers corded together to create that consistent wave. This style can work well with many design styles!
- TAILORED PLEAT- Tailored pleat drapes are similar to a Pinch Pleat, but the pleat starts at the top of the fabric and falls from there. Some people also call this a Euro pleat. For some people the tailored pleat, is a less fussy more stylish pleat, but it is personal opinion.
- PINCH PLEAT- Pinch pleat curtains are a highly decorative heading, drawing together lots of fabric into a tightly gathered and stitched bunch at the top. The permanently sewn-in pleats make for a smart finish, with elegant folds flowing from top to bottom. You can have pinch pleat curtains with either a pole or a track.
- GOBLET- Goblet pleats are a detailed heading style, similar in look to pinch pleat curtains. Tucked and folded, goblet pleats are open at the very top to give a ‘goblet’ or ‘wineglass’ look. They can be hung from a track or a pole.
5. ROD POCKET- The most classic and common of all methods of hanging drapery, a rod pocket is a sewn-in pocket, or casing, at the top of a drapery panel that easily slips over a rod and conceals it. Drapery panels hung this way bunch nicely and have a simple, casual look.
