City of Salt Lake — In a collaboration with Utah-based textile manufacturer Silver State Fabrics, the global outdoor textile specialist Agora Fabrics added 62 Agora SKUs from Silver State’s recently launched Gazpacho range.
Agora was founded in Spain in 2011 and made a significant effort to enter the American textile market in 2023. In 2024, the company hired David Heiman as its U.S. manager. Its first relationship with a leading industry in the United States is with Silver State.
“We are very happy to announce that Agora Fabrics has partnered with a well-known converter in the industry,” Heiman remarked. Since Agora is a family-run business, we value the opportunity to work with other family-run businesses that value high-quality, innovative textiles as much as we do. We are happy to collaborate with top-tier businesses like Silver State and trailblazers like the Sargetakis family, and we look forward to many more years of our cooperation.
While the vibrant colors and multipurpose fabrics are in line with the American market, the collection’s name, Gazpacho, honors the company’s Spanish heritage. Bold solid hues offer a firm foundation, while geometric patterns give classic striped materials movement.
With a wide range of green and blue hues inspired by plants and the sea, the Gazpacho collection firmly leans toward natural color schemes. There are representations of creams, grays, blacks, and whites, among other neutral hues.
