She explains, “He told me, ‘You are not Mrs. Goenka here,’ which meant I would have to work hard and earn every inch of success.” With this drive, Mrs. Goenka jumped right in, meeting distributors, working on the factory floor for hours, and paying close attention to what customers had to say. Her infatuation with the consumer served as the impetus for SPACES, enabling her to obtain information that would guide every facet of the brand’s development.
