These stores are in addition to the 200 Big Lots locations that were already set for transfer to Variety by Gordon Brothers earlier in February.
A provision in the filing states that any objections to the assumption and assignment of contracts must be filed with the court by March 14 at 4 p.m., with a hearing to follow if necessary.
The newly designated locations include:
- West Virginia: Fairmont, Charleston
- Tennessee: Alcoa, Kingsport, Cookeville, Chattanooga
- Mississippi: Southaven
- Pennsylvania: Washington, Erie
- North Carolina: Fayetteville, Dunn, Gastonia, Kinston, Wilmington
- Alabama: Guntersville, Dothan
