HGH India Draws 43,920 Visitors Across 32 Countries

Stellar participation, trend-first experiences, and high-impact buyer engagement define the July 2025 edition

Mumbai, 7th July 2025 – HGH India, the country’s leading bi-annual trade show for home textiles, home décor, furniture, houseware, and gifts, concluded its 17th edition in Mumbai with an enthusiastic response from across the home and lifestyle industry and trade. Held from 1st–4th July at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, the four-day event welcomed 43,920 trade visitors from 710 Indian cities and 32 countries, reaffirming its position as India’s influential platform for innovations in the home category.

Compared to the July 2024 edition, the show witnessed a 4.22% increase in total trade visitors and a 16.58% increase in international visitors, with significant buyer interest across furnishings, décor, kitchenware, furniture, houseware, and gifting segments.

Key Highlights of the 17th Edition:

Thematic Zones that Inspired and Informed

  • Indian Heritage Pavilion
    An initiative by HGH India, this pavilion celebrated India’s rich craft traditions with live demonstrations by national award-winning artisans in woodwork, embroidery, papercraft, and metal craft—creating a unique bridge between traditional craftsmanship and modern retail.
  • Launch of World of Sleep
    Texzone, the organisers of HGH India, announced the launch of ‘World of Sleep’, India’s first dedicated consumer exhibition focused on the complete sleep ecosystem. The initiative aims to unite stakeholders across the mattress, pillow, sleep technology, wellness, and healthcare sectors under one platform to promote innovation, awareness, and growth. The inaugural World of Sleep exhibition is scheduled for later this year, which is supported by the Indian Sleep Products Federation (ISPF).
  • Smart Kitchen Zone
    A major attraction for trade visitors, this live showcase featured premium kitchenware, cookware, and modular solutions designed to make cooking smarter, healthier, and more efficient.

FNS International Signs with Chef Vicky Ratnani

One of the most talked-about highlights of this edition was FNS International, the pioneering Indian tableware brand, signing a licensing agreement with celebrity chef Vicky Ratnani, marking a notable convergence of culinary excellence and premium product design.

  • Sustainability Pavilion
    Ten leading exhibitors championing eco-conscious design participated in this pavilion, which featured OEKO-TEX-certified textiles, biodegradable houseware, bamboo products, and solutions made from recycled materials. Brands like Spread Home, Mulberry Oak, Aksa Fibres, and Essen Speciality Films showcased how sustainability is becoming integral to the home industry. This pavilion highlighted HGH India’s ongoing commitment to environmentally responsible innovation.

As curtains fall on a record-setting edition, preparations are already underway for the next edition of   HGH India, scheduled for November 25-28, 2025, in Bengaluru.
