RSWM Limited has been recognised with multiple prestigious awards in 2025, reinforcing its leadership in sustainable textile manufacturing and ESG-driven operations across global industry platforms.
At the 3rd edition of SustainableNXT 2025, RSWM was honoured with the AR Choice Award for Sustainable Textile Manufacturer of the Year, acknowledging its integrated sustainability strategy spanning responsible materials, renewable energy usage, water stewardship, waste reduction and ethical manufacturing practices.
Adding to this achievement, RSWM’s Melange manufacturing unit in Bhilwara secured a Silver Medal at the 11th India Green Manufacturing Challenge (IGMC). The recognition followed a detailed on-site assessment conducted by the International Research Institute for Manufacturing (IRIM), evaluating the unit’s environmental and operational performance.
Further strengthening its sustainability credentials, RSWM won the Bronze Award in the Sustainable Fashion and Textiles category at the FE Green Sarathi Awards 2025, held on 19 December 2025. The award recognises the company’s end-to-end ESG-led manufacturing ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on circular material usage, recycled fibre integration, renewable energy adoption, water conservation and responsible large-scale production.
These accolades highlight the effectiveness of RSWM’s sustainability framework, anchored by its Panchtatva initiative, inspired by the five elements of nature, and the RSWM 2.0 transformation programme. Together, these initiatives embed circularity, clean energy adoption, operational excellence and people-first practices across the company’s manufacturing footprint.
Commenting on the achievement, Rajeev Gupta, Joint Managing Director, RSWM Limited, stated that the recognitions reaffirm the company’s belief that sustainability must remain at the core of business strategy and execution. He emphasised that RSWM views responsible manufacturing as a driver of long-term resilience, innovation and shared value creation, integrating environmental responsibility, efficiency and social impact throughout its value chain.
In addition to its sustainability accolades, RSWM Limited was named “Most Preferred Workplace 2025–26” in the Manufacturing Sector by TeamMarksmen, reflecting its strong workplace culture, values-led leadership and people-centric approach. Earlier, in November 2025, the company also received the Hometech Bronze Award at the MATEXIL Technical Textile Export Awards, underlining its growing strength in international markets alongside sustainability leadership.
