Recognising the importance of a well-connected and efficient trade fair ecosystem for a strong textile supply chain, Filo and Lineapelle have announced an enhanced collaboration for February 2026. For the first time, the two leading trade fairs will not only align their schedules but also share the same exhibition space, offering visitors a more comprehensive view of innovation across the textile and leather value chain.

Building on the positive response to their earlier date alignment during the autumn editions, Filo and Lineapelle will take place together on 11–12 February 2026 in Hall 5 at Fiera Milano Rho. While both exhibitions will continue to operate independently, maintaining their distinct identities, organization, and management, the shared venue will create stronger synergies between their respective sectors.

Pier Francesco Corcione, CEO of Assoservizi Biella, organiser of Filo, highlighted that the strength of the textile industry lies in the integration of its supply chain. He noted that closer collaboration with Lineapelle, the leading international trade fair for leather and accessories, supports the development of products that combine quality, creativity, sustainability and innovation—key factors for competing in global markets while preserving tradition and style.

Echoing this sentiment, Fulvia Bacchi, CEO of Lineapelle, stated that in a challenging market environment—also shaped by logistical pressures linked to the upcoming Olympics—aggregation and collaboration have become essential strategies. She added that the shared approach adopted by Lineapelle and Filo is expected to deliver tangible benefits to the market.

The joint dates will mark the opening of Filo 65, showcasing advanced yarns and fibres, alongside Lineapelle’s presentation of leathers, fabrics, accessories and components. Together, the two exhibitions will offer industry professionals a broader, forward-looking perspective on material innovation and manufacturing excellence.
