Centric Software has announced the successful implementation of Centric PLM™ by PT Apparel One Indonesia, enabling the company to streamline product development and enhance operational efficiency through a unified digital platform.

Centric Software provides advanced, AI-powered enterprise solutions that support the entire product lifecycle—from concept and design to sourcing, production, and retail execution—across industries including fashion, footwear, home, and personal care.

Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Semarang, Central Java, Apparel One operates under the Binabusana Internusa Group. The company manages 120 production lines with a workforce of over 8,000 employees, manufacturing for global brands such as Adidas, Puma, Jako, and Napapijri. It oversees the complete production cycle, from pre-production to logistics, supplying products worldwide through retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels.

As part of its growth strategy, Apparel One aimed to improve collaboration, visibility, and speed by adopting a centralized product development system.

“Standardizing workflows and working from trusted product data helps our teams move faster while staying focused on quality and innovation as we grow,” says Daniel Tirta Kristiadi, CEO at Apparel One.

The company prioritized a solution capable of supporting fast-paced development cycles while minimizing reliance on manual processes and enabling seamless workflow integration.

“We require a system that is flexible and robust enough to handle frequent changes, approvals, track historical data and version control with confidence,” recalls Kristiadi at Apparel One.

After evaluating options, Centric PLM was selected for its flexibility, intuitive interface, and alignment with Apparel One’s workflow requirements.

“Centric PLM features the right mix of configurability and control. The interface is intuitive and the system architecture aligns with how we’ve aimed to implement workflows, especially under tight timelines.”

The implementation was carried out in phases, ensuring alignment with manufacturing processes and focusing heavily on training and user adoption.

“Centric’s implementation team stayed closely involved and spent time making sure our teams were properly trained,” says Kristiadi at Apparel One. “That made it easier for our teams to get comfortable quickly and use the system in a way that fits how we work.”

With Centric PLM now in place, Apparel One expects improved access to accurate product data and enhanced decision-making capabilities.

“Centric PLM will standardize how we build and manage Bill of Materials (BOMs), track costing and version changes, as well as centralize our data across departments,” reflects Kristiadi at Apparel One. “The system gives us that structure we need today while still allowing room for our business to grow.”

With improved visibility and collaboration across teams, Apparel One is well-positioned to scale efficiently and strengthen its global manufacturing capabilities.

“Indonesia plays a vital role in the global apparel supply chain and Apparel One is a standout example of the region’s manufacturing strength,” says Fabrice Canonge, CEO of Centric Software. “Their focus on innovation, precision and scale aligns perfectly with Centric PLM’s capabilities. We’re extremely pleased that they chose to partner with us on their next chapter as they continue raising the bar for the industry.”
