New Knightsbridge location strengthens the developer’s presence in the UK and enhances services for international investors
Danube Properties has announced the opening of a new sales office in Central London as part of its ongoing international expansion strategy.
Located at 44 Brompton Road, Knightsbridge, SW3 1BW, the office represents the company’s latest step in strengthening its presence across the United Kingdom.
The new launch follows the opening of Danube Properties’ first UK office in Harrow two years ago. According to the company, the Harrow office helped establish connections with investors and homebuyers interested in Dubai real estate opportunities.
The Knightsbridge office is intended to improve accessibility for clients in Central London and nearby regions while offering more personalized services. The facility will include dedicated marketing suites and virtual reality (VR) tour experiences designed to provide investors with interactive property presentations and project showcases.
Danube Properties stated that the expansion aligns with its long-term strategy of increasing its global footprint through strategically located sales offices serving international investors interested in Dubai’s real estate sector.
