IFFCO-TOKIO Appoints Alpana Singh as Marketing Director

IFFCO-TOKIO General Insurance Company Limited (IFFCO-TOKIO GIC) has appointed Ms. Alpana Singh as its Whole Time Director – Marketing, reinforcing the company’s focus on growth, innovation, and customer-centricity.

Effective July 1, 2026, Ms. Singh will be based at the company’s headquarters in Gurugram, where she will lead the marketing function, drive growth initiatives, strengthen market positioning, and enhance customer engagement.

Leadership Appointment to Support Growth Strategy

In her new role, Ms. Singh will be responsible for advancing IFFCO-TOKIO’s growth strategy, increasing brand visibility, and delivering improved customer experiences as the company enters its next phase of expansion.

Before joining IFFCO-TOKIO, she held several senior leadership positions at Bajaj General Insurance (formerly Bajaj Allianz General Insurance), where she led business growth initiatives, expanded the bancassurance business, strengthened strategic partnerships, and contributed to the company’s brand development.
