Universal MEP Projects & Engineering Services Limited (UMPESL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Voltas Limited, a Tata Enterprise, has entered into a strategic agency agreement with Danitech Group to strengthen access to advanced textile dyeing, finishing, and automation technologies in India.
Under the agreement, UMPESL will serve as the exclusive partner for the promotion, sales, technical consultancy, and after-sales support of Danitech’s complete portfolio across the Indian market. Danitech is represented in the partnership by Danitech Engineering & Solutions Srl (Italy) and its subsidiary Suzhou Danitech Intelligent Technology (China).
Expanding Access to Advanced Textile Technologies
The collaboration combines Danitech’s engineering expertise with UMPESL’s nationwide project execution capabilities and customer service network to deliver integrated textile processing solutions to Indian manufacturers.
Working in close coordination with Danitech’s global headquarters, the partnership aims to provide Indian textile companies with advanced processing equipment, smart automation systems, energy-efficient technologies, and comprehensive lifecycle support.

With more than seven decades of experience, UMPESL offers end-to-end textile engineering solutions spanning the entire textile value chain, from spinning to garment manufacturing.
