Signature Global Q1 FY27 Pre-Sales Rise 25% QoQ to INR 19.7 Bn

The Delhi-NCR developer recorded INR 19.7 billion in pre-sales and entered the branded residences segment through its Tonino Lamborghini partnership.

Signature Global reported pre-sales of INR 19.7 billion in Q1 FY27, marking a 25% quarter-on-quarter increase and reflecting continued demand for its real estate projects.

The company said its Q1 performance was supported by its execution-led growth strategy and growing consumer demand. During the quarter, average sales realisation reached INR 17,093 per sq. ft., compared with INR 15,250 per sq. ft. in FY26.

Signature Global also made a major entry into the branded residences segment through Tonino Lamborghini Residences, developed in collaboration with the Italian brand. The project marks Tonino Lamborghini’s entry into the Indian real estate market.

The first phase of the project, located on Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), Sector 71, Gurugram, received a strong market response, according to the company.

Collections stood at INR 6.7 billion during Q1 FY27, while net debt was INR 3.9 billion. As of June 30, 2026, Signature Global reported cash and bank balances, including fixed deposits, of INR 25.22 billion.

For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, pre-sales stood at INR 19.7 billion, compared with INR 15.7 billion in Q4 FY26, representing 25% QoQ growth. The company reported 226 units sold during the quarter, covering 0.72 million sq. ft. of area.
