BSE-listed real estate developer Grovy India Limited has raised ₹15.01 crore through a preferential issue, strengthening its financial position as it plans to expand its residential development portfolio across South Delhi’s premium micro-markets.

The company’s Preferential Issue Committee recently approved the allotment of 41,69,433 equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each for an aggregate amount of up to ₹15,00,99,588 on a preferential basis.

Following the allotment, Grovy India’s paid-up equity share capital has increased to ₹17.51 crore, comprising 1,75,05,705 equity shares.

Funding Expansion in South Delhi

The participation of investors and promoters in the preferential issue reflects confidence in Grovy India’s execution capabilities, established presence and growth prospects in South Delhi’s real estate market.

The company intends to use the capital to support its expansion plans and strengthen its presence in one of the capital’s most premium residential markets.

Ankur Jalan, Director, Grovy India, said the participation in the issue demonstrates confidence in the company’s brand equity, execution track record, quality developments and focused business strategy.

He added that Grovy India’s understanding of South Delhi’s premium micro-markets positions the company for sustainable long-term growth as demand for luxury residential developments continues to strengthen.

1.83 Lakh Sq. Ft. Residential Portfolio Under Execution

Grovy India is currently executing residential projects spanning approximately 1.83 lakh sq. ft. across prime South Delhi locations. These projects are scheduled for delivery between Q3 FY27 and Q4 FY28.

During Q1 FY27, the company also acquired new premium residential projects covering approximately 50,000 sq. ft. in South Delhi, further expanding its development pipeline.

Looking ahead, Grovy India aims to scale its execution capabilities towards 20–25 projects annually over the next three years, subject to market conditions and project availability.

The company also plans to raise a total of ₹40 crore by the end of FY27 to support its growth and expansion strategy.

Strong Q1 FY27 Financial Performance

Grovy India’s expansion plans are supported by a significant improvement in its financial performance during Q1 FY27.

The company’s net profit increased 74% year-on-year to ₹1.9 crore, while total revenue surged 233% YoY to ₹27.58 crore.

On a sequential basis, the company reported a 114% increase in net profit and a 249% rise in total revenue compared with the previous quarter.

The strong performance reflects improved project execution, enhanced profitability and disciplined capital allocation.

With additional capital raised, new projects added to its pipeline and a focus on scaling project execution, Grovy India is positioning itself for further growth in South Delhi’s premium residential real estate segment.
