Gartex Texprocess India Opens in New Delhi with Advanced Textile and Denim Technologies

Gartex Texprocess India Incorporating Denim Show opened today at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, bringing together the latest advancements in garment and textile machinery, processing technologies and denim solutions under one roof. The three-day B2B exhibition features more than 190 exhibitors, 700 brands, 1,200 products and over 100 new product launches across 14,850 gross sq. m. of exhibition space.

The exhibition has emerged as a comprehensive business platform for garment and textile machinery manufacturers, technology providers, distributors, denim manufacturers and industry buyers seeking innovative solutions, new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Garment, Textile and Denim Technologies on Display

Gartex Texprocess India is showcasing a wide portfolio of technologies and solutions spanning garment and apparel machinery, textile processing equipment, digital printing technologies, embroidery machines, spare parts, yarn processing machinery and knitting machines.

Alongside the main exhibition, the Denim Show presents denim mills, finishing and washing machinery, dyes and chemicals, raw materials and laundry equipment. The participation of more than 40 first-time exhibitors further strengthens the show’s focus on innovation and new technology.

International participation from China, Japan, Singapore, Italy, Germany, Taiwan, Turkey and Hong Kong, either directly or through distributors and partners, is also adding a global dimension to the exhibition and connecting Indian businesses with international manufacturing expertise.

Focus on Automation and Manufacturing Efficiency

The opening day highlighted the industry’s growing emphasis on productivity, automation and advanced manufacturing solutions. Exhibitors at Gartex Texprocess India are presenting technologies such as high-speed digital textile printers, double-head elastic joining machines, high-speed direct-to-fabric positioning printers and servo motor solutions designed to enhance textile manufacturing efficiency.

The Denim Show is featuring a diverse selection of denim products, including denim pants, Tencel-blend products, denim shirting fabrics, cotton and polyester stretch fabrics and premium denim fabrics. These offerings provide manufacturers, sourcing professionals and buyers with opportunities to explore materials and solutions for evolving consumer and fashion requirements.

Knowledge Sessions Address Textile and Denim Trends

Beyond the exhibition floor, Gartex Texprocess India is hosting a knowledge programme through two dedicated tracks: Gartex Texprocess Talks and Denim Talks.

Gartex Texprocess Talks focuses on textile technologies and manufacturing, while Denim Talks explores subjects including the future of denim, the evolution of the denim industry, activewear and India’s export ambitions in denim.

Selected sessions have been developed in collaboration with industry knowledge partners including WGSN, The Knowledge Company, Concept and Strategies, Future Snoops and Fibre2Fashion. The sessions bring together industry experts to discuss emerging trends, technologies and business strategies shaping textile and denim manufacturing.

Textile and Denim Markets Show Growth Potential

According to data cited by the organisers from IMARC, the Indian textile manufacturing market is estimated to reach USD 192 billion by 2034, registering a CAGR of 3.99%. The projected growth underlines the increasing requirement for advanced garment and apparel manufacturing machinery.

The Indian denim market is also projected to expand from USD 1.2 billion in 2025 to USD 1.9 billion by 2034, representing a CAGR of 4.99% during 2026–2034.

The India-UK and India-EU Free Trade Agreements are also expected to create additional sourcing opportunities for the global textile value chain while supporting Indian textile manufacturers in expanding their export presence.
