Guidehouse, a global professional services firm, has expanded its presence in India with the opening of a new hub in Hyderabad, strengthening its capabilities across managed services, technology, analytics and digital transformation.
The new location will support Guidehouse’s growth strategy in India and is expected to create more than 1,000 new roles over the next 12 months, primarily across healthcare, financial services and other regulated sectors. The expansion will leverage Hyderabad’s established technology ecosystem, strong academic institutions and skilled talent pool.

Guidehouse currently has around 19,000 employees globally and serves regulated industries including healthcare, financial services, energy and infrastructure across the United States, Europe and India. Hyderabad becomes the company’s fourth location in India, alongside Chennai, Trivandrum and Gurugram.
The company plans to expand its Hyderabad workforce from approximately 200 employees to 1,000 over the next 12 months. Recruitment will focus on both functional and technical capabilities, with a significant share of roles centred on technology-enabled managed services.
The new hub will provide employees with opportunities to work across industry functions while applying emerging technologies to real-world business processes. Guidehouse is also looking to build capabilities in areas such as analytics, automation and artificial intelligence, including by training technology graduates in emerging technologies.

According to Singh, the company is leveraging Hyderabad’s talent pool to expand its managed services and technology operations while supporting clients in healthcare, financial services and other regulated sectors. The company is seeking professionals with a mix of domain and technology skills, creating opportunities for employees to develop expertise across both areas.
The Hyderabad facility is designed to enable secure operations, seamless collaboration and scalable client delivery. Its capabilities will further strengthen Guidehouse’s ability to support complex projects for global clients, particularly in highly regulated markets.
