New co-located event will connect textile manufacturing, technology and recycling across the complete textile lifecycle
Charlotte, North Carolina: AMI has announced the launch of the Textiles Manufacturing Expo, a new industry exhibition and conference scheduled for April 7–8, 2027, at the Charlotte Convention Center in North Carolina. The event will take place alongside the established Textiles Recycling Expo USA, creating a combined platform for professionals across the textile value chain.
The new expo follows the success of AMI’s Textiles Recycling Expo in Brussels, Belgium, and the inaugural Textiles Recycling Expo USA, which was held in Charlotte in April 2026. The U.S. edition attracted 1,858 visitors, 95 exhibitors and 52 expert speakers over two days, demonstrating strong industry interest in textile recycling and circularity.
With the introduction of Textiles Manufacturing Expo, AMI aims to broaden the scope of its textile events by bringing together the technologies, machinery, materials and expertise supporting modern textile, fiber and yarn production.
Connecting the Complete Textile Value Chain
The co-location of the two events is expected to create new opportunities for professionals throughout the textile ecosystem. Manufacturers, technology providers, material suppliers, brands, designers, recyclers and other industry specialists will have an opportunity to meet under one roof and explore solutions spanning textile production through end-of-life processing.
