Miracle Miles Technology Co., Ltd. (Miracle Miles), an international footwear group with operations across China and the United States, has successfully gone live with Centric PLM™ from Centric Software to strengthen product data governance, global collaboration and multi-brand product operations.

Headquartered in Changsha, Miracle Miles has expanded internationally with offices in Shenzhen, Fuzhou and Los Angeles. The group owns footwear brands including Dream Pairs, Bruno Marc and Nortiv8, offering products across women’s, men’s, children’s, outdoor and athletic footwear. Its products are sold across North America, Europe and Asia.

The company’s acquisition of U.S. e-commerce company Justfab accelerated its international expansion while also increasing the need for stronger product data governance. With operations spanning two continents, Miracle Miles needed to establish a reliable single source of product information while enabling its U.S. teams to maintain the flexibility required for local product development and go-to-market activities.

“Before the project, we did not have enough visibility into the US team’s product data,” says Milo Zhong, IT Manager and PLM Project Lead at Miracle Miles. “Centric PLM now shows how much data exists, where product development stands and which processes have room to improve. That information has become an important asset for Miracle Miles and provides a reliable foundation for more targeted marketing decisions.”

Connecting China and U.S. Product Operations

The Centric PLM implementation focused on upgrading and integrating Justfab’s existing solution into Miracle Miles’ wider group operations. The project involved teams from Miracle Miles’ China headquarters, the U.S.-based Justfab and Techstyle teams, and Centric Software teams in both China and the United States.

The cross-border implementation required close coordination across different time zones, languages and operating cultures. Teams also worked to carefully configure and preserve Justfab’s complex business logic within the upgraded solution.

“The implementation experience was very positive,” Zhong shares. “The Centric team understood our requirements quickly because they had strong industry context and knew how product development teams work.”

Close collaboration was particularly important while translating Justfab’s detailed operational requirements into the upgraded PLM environment.

“When we faced intricate process logic, the Centric team introduced practical tools and worked closely with both teams until every issue was resolved,” Zhong adds.

Real-Time Visibility Across Global Teams

Following the go-live, the U.S. Justfab team continues to use Centric PLM, helping maintain business continuity following the acquisition. For Miracle Miles’ China headquarters, the implementation provides significantly greater visibility into Justfab’s product data, development progress and data quality.

The company can now transform previously scattered product information into a group-level resource, giving its teams a clearer view of product development and supporting more consistent decision-making.

Centric PLM also enables Miracle Miles to establish common product management standards while allowing local teams to retain the workflows and flexibility needed to respond to their respective markets.

“Global expansion is no longer just about entering new markets. It is about connecting product data while preserving the autonomy local teams need to innovate,” says Fabrice Canonge, CEO of Centric Software. “We’re proud to support Miracle Miles in creating a single source of product data in Centric PLM for its global teams while preserving business continuity for its U.S. operations.

“We look forward to strengthening our partnership as Miracle Miles continues to accelerate its global footprint and drive innovation in the footwear industry.”

The implementation highlights the growing importance of centralized product data management for footwear companies operating across multiple markets. By connecting global product information, workflows and processes while maintaining local operational flexibility, Miracle Miles aims to strengthen collaboration and support its continued international growth.
