Morgan Wadding’s Journey Into Design
Wadding grew up in Sandusky and studied at Ohio University. Before starting her design business, she spent 17 years in corporate leadership.
Her work in Chicago gave her strong project management and business skills. She later returned to Ohio with her husband in 2013.
After managing a new home build and a major home renovation, Wadding decided to pursue interior design professionally.
She completed formal design education and later founded MW Design Studio. The business has since grown into a full-service design studio.

Designer Marcia Sheehan joined MW Design Studio in 2022. She brought a strong interest in historic homes and layered interiors.
Sheehan grew up watching her mother restore an 1890s farmhouse. This experience shaped her love of homes, textures and historic details.
