InOneGO by Archroma is a continuous dyeing process for woven cellulosic textiles. It combines coloration, fixation and softening in one pad-dry application step.
The process can create a wide range of shades and effects. These include indigo denim looks, wash-down effects and vintage-inspired finishes.
According to Lameirinho, the process also reduces the number of dyeing steps. This can lower resource use during textile production.
Designed for home and fashion textiles
InOneGO is developed for woven cellulosic fabrics. Its applications include denim, fashion wear and home textiles.
The process works with Archroma’s DIRESUL® RDT range of pre-reduced low-sulfur liquid dyes. It is also compatible with the EarthColors® and FiberColors® ranges of biomass-based sulfur dyes.
These dye systems can help mills and brands produce wash-down effects. They also offer a broad range of shades, from earthy tones to deep blues and dark blacks.
Reported resource savings
Archroma assessed the process using its ONE WAY Impact Calculator. Tests covered woven fabrics, including denim and jacquard.
The assessment compared InOneGO with conventional cold pad-batch reactive dyeing and a pigment top-dye finish.
The results showed potential savings of up to:
- 81% less process time
- 97% less water consumption
- 65% less energy consumption
- 75% less CO2 emissions
InOneGO runs on Stenter and Thermosol lines. Performance finishes can be added in a second step.
Archroma and Lameirinho said the commercial deployment marks a step toward simpler textile dyeing for home and fashion applications.
