Suraksha Group has announced plans for three new townships in Noida and the Yamuna region.
The three townships will cover about 465 acres. They are City of the Ganges, Enterprise City and Yamuna Smart City.
The company also plans new residential, commercial and industrial projects.
Existing Homebuyers Remain the Priority
Suraksha Group acquired Jaypee Infratech Limited (JIL). It is working to complete pending projects under the approved resolution plan.
Over the past two years, the company has focused on existing homebuyers.
Suraksha has completed 84 towers so far. These towers include 7,913 dwelling units.
More than 50% of planned construction is now complete.
The remaining projects are also moving ahead. The company said deliveries are on track with the stipulated timelines.
Suraksha Upgrades Wishtown Infrastructure
The company is also improving key infrastructure in Wishtown.
Under its ‘Noida Ki Suraksha’ initiative, Suraksha plans to build an eight-acre Sports Park.
The park will include a large cricket ground. It will also have several sports courts.
Suraksha has also announced the revival of temple construction in Sector 133, Wishtown.
The company has implemented GSS2. Capacity expansion of GSS1 is also underway.
These projects will support the township’s current and future power needs.
Suraksha has also made Ganga water available to Wishtown residents.
New Projects Planned Across Noida and Yamuna
Suraksha is now preparing its next phase of development.
The company plans to relaunch some unsold inventory. It will also launch new projects.
A new Experience Centre has opened at Wishtown, Noida.
The centre will showcase existing and upcoming projects. It will cover developments in Noida and the Yamuna region.
The new project pipeline will include:
- Premium residential projects
- Luxury residential projects
- Ultra-luxury projects
- Plotted residential projects
- Industrial developments
These projects are planned in Wishtown, Sector 151 and the Yamuna region.
Three New Townships
Suraksha plans three integrated townships as part of its future growth strategy.
- City of the Ganges: 256 acres
- Enterprise City: 85 acres
- Yamuna Smart City: 124 acres
Together, the townships will cover about 465 acres.
The developments will combine residential and commercial spaces. They will also include supporting infrastructure.
Suraksha is also setting up a precast facility in Yamuna.
The facility is expected to improve construction efficiency. It will also support quality and faster project execution.
Focus on Delivery and Growth
Jash Panchamia, Executive Director, Jaypee Infratech Limited, said existing homebuyers remain the company’s primary responsibility.
He said the company has now reached a stage where it can enter its next phase of growth.
Suraksha plans to combine project delivery with new development. The company will also focus on infrastructure and lifestyle facilities across Noida and Yamuna.
