Poltrona Frau has introduced the Archibald Sofa System, a modular seating collection designed by Jean-Marie Massaud. The new system expands the Archibald family with larger proportions and flexible configurations for contemporary living spaces.
The sofa elements come in different sizes and can work independently. Users can combine them in linear or corner layouts. They can also rearrange the modules as their living needs change.
The Archibald Sofa System forms part of Poltrona Frau’s “True Over Time” collection. The collection focuses on long-lasting design, craftsmanship and products that adapt to everyday life.
The sofa features birch plywood structures and a black-painted steel chassis. It is available with Soft Comfort or Firm Comfort seat cushions. Upholstery options include Pelle Frau leather and removable fabrics.
The collection is complemented by the Baldwin tables, designed by Massaud and produced by Ceccotti Collezioni. The tables feature solid ash wood frames with glass, wood or marble tops.
Baldwin tables are available in different heights and sizes. Their rounded profiles and sculptural forms are designed to complement the curved shapes of the Archibald sofas.
