Magari Furniture introduces its NOMA collection, combining sculptural forms, natural materials and handcrafted details to bring contemporary design into festive homes.
Mumbai, 28 October 2026: Magari Furniture has introduced its new NOMA collection for the festive season. Inspired by landscapes shaped by nature and human intervention, the collection translates natural forms into contemporary furniture.
NOMA features sofas, lounge chairs, armchairs and dining chairs. Each piece combines sculptural silhouettes with tactile materials and carefully crafted details. The collection explores the textures of leather and wood, complemented by subtle brass accents.
The designs focus on craftsmanship and material expression. Leather features hand-smoking, ruffled edges, patchwork and interwoven straps. Meanwhile, sculpted wooden frames add structure and balance to the pieces.
Two standout designs are the Zuka and Kyo armchairs. Both chairs feature European kiln-dried ash wood and distinctive upholstery details.
The Zuka armchair combines a curved wooden frame with an upholstered seat and backrest. Its textured fabric and leather create a layered finish. In contrast, the Kyo armchair features a relaxed leather seat and an organic wooden frame. Its ruffled leather detailing and suspended neck pillow add comfort and character.
Amitha Madan, Co-Founder and Director of Design at Magari Furniture, said the collection explores how landscapes shaped by human intervention can inspire furniture design. She also highlighted the role of materials, craftsmanship and comfort in creating furniture for everyday living.
With NOMA, Magari Furniture brings together contemporary design and traditional craftsmanship. The collection offers furniture designed for everyday use, festive gatherings and long-term enjoyment in the home.
