Vipul Organics Limited has announced a strategic technology acquisition by its membrane unit, ADIMEM Technologies. The company has acquired an advanced industrial membrane sheet manufacturing platform from Aquaporin, Denmark.
The platform will be relocated to ADIMEM’s manufacturing facility in Sayakha, Gujarat. The move will strengthen ADIMEM’s in-house manufacturing capabilities for advanced membrane technologies.
ADIMEM Acquires Advanced Membrane Platform
ADIMEM Technologies completed the acquisition through a competitive bidding process. The platform was previously used by Aquaporin for membrane development and production.
The acquired system includes precision membrane casting, coating and drying infrastructure. It also includes related process-control and manufacturing systems.
