Suraksha Infra And Developers Limited has opened Expressions of Interest (EOI) for Adion, a private members’ club at Wish Town, Noida.
Adion will cover approximately 5 lakh sq. ft. The club will sit next to an 18-hole signature golf course designed by Graham Cooke & Associates.
The Adion private members’ club will offer spaces for sports, wellness, business, dining, leisure and entertainment. The club will welcome a select and limited community through an invitation-only membership model.
Wellness and Fitness
Adion will feature a wellness centre covering more than 10,000 sq. ft. Members can access wellness, recovery and rejuvenation facilities.
The sports facilities will include an 18-hole golf course and more than 13 sports courts. The club will also offer Pickleball and Padel arenas.
Members can use a modern gym, Pilates studios and Yoga studios. These facilities will support different fitness and sports activities.
Business and Events
The Adion Chamber will provide dedicated spaces for business activities. It will include meeting rooms, arbitration rooms, workstations and conference facilities.
Private lounges will also provide space for meetings and discussions.
Adion will offer more than 32,000 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor event spaces. Members can use these areas for celebrations, social events and gatherings.
Leisure and Family Spaces
Adion will include several spaces for leisure and social activities. These will include a Café Library, Card Room with Mahjong, Golf Simulator and Art Lounge.
The adults-only zone will feature an infinity pool and a sunken bar. Members can also relax at the Zen Deck, which overlooks the golf course.
Families will have access to a 15,000+ sq. ft. Kids’ Zone. The area will include play spaces, DIY stations, a Kids’ Theatre and a children’s library.
Invitation-Only Membership
Suraksha plans to create a private community through its invitation-only membership model. The club will bring together lifestyle, leisure, wellness and business facilities in one destination.
The opening of Expressions of Interest marks the first step in building the membership community.
