Alliance City Developers Realtors Pvt. Ltd. has announced that its residential projects Alliance Vista in Vile Parle East and Alliance Abhimanyu in Malad West have received their Occupation Certificates (OCs). Both developments are now fully sold out, marking a significant milestone for the developer and homebuyers awaiting possession.
The receipt of an Occupation Certificate confirms that the buildings have received the necessary municipal approval for occupation in accordance with the applicable approved plans. The milestone enables eligible homebuyers to proceed with occupation and related formalities.
Alliance Vista, Vile Parle East
Located on Shraddhanand Road in Vile Parle East, Alliance Vista is a mixed residential and commercial development offering 2 BHK and 4 BHK residences ranging from 554 to 1,117 sq. ft. of RERA carpet area.
The project features a double-height entrance lobby, high-speed elevators, a gymnasium, landscaped Sky Garden, rooftop terrace plaza, dedicated parking and 24-hour CCTV surveillance. The development also incorporates features such as rainwater harvesting, French windows, designer vitrified flooring and premium sanitaryware.
Handover for the project began in June 2026, and the receipt of the OC marks a further step towards completing the possession process for residents.
Alliance Abhimanyu, Malad West
Alliance Abhimanyu is located at Vishal Nagar, Mith Chowky, on Marve Road in Malad West. The project is situated approximately 300 metres from Valnai Metro Station and offers 2 BHK and 3 BHK residences ranging from 600 to 821 sq. ft. of RERA carpet area.
Amenities include a double-height entrance lobby, landscaped Sky Garden, gymnasium, yoga and aerobics deck, children’s play area, podium parking and 24-hour CCTV surveillance.
With the OC now received, Alliance Abhimanyu has been cleared for occupation, while the project is also fully sold out.
Both Projects Fully Sold Out
The completion of both developments adds to Alliance City Developers’ delivery track record across Mumbai’s residential markets. The company said that receiving OCs for the two projects provides homebuyers with greater assurance that the developments have secured the necessary approval for occupation.

The developer currently has five projects under development and three in the pipeline. Its portfolio includes projects such as Alliance Tanvi and 22 Alliance House in Vile Parle, Sea Breeze by Alliance in Santacruz, Alliance Kanchan Krupa in Mulund West, Alliance Harmony in Matunga and Alliance Eternis in Borivali West.
The company states that it manages the development cycle in-house, covering land, design, construction and interiors.
With Occupation Certificates secured for Alliance Vista and Alliance Abhimanyu and both projects fully sold out, Alliance City Developers has added another milestone to its Mumbai residential development portfolio.
