Alliance City Developers Realtors Pvt. Ltd. has announced three new residential developments across Mumbai. The projects will strengthen its presence in Mulund West, Vile Parle East and the Sion-Matunga micro-market.
The developer will launch its eighth project in Mulund West and its fifth project in Vile Parle East. It will also enter the Sion-Matunga belt for the first time.
Mumbai Housing Market Supports Expansion
Mumbai recorded strong property registration activity in 2026. According to Knight Frank India data cited by the company, the city registered 12,503 properties in August 2026. This was an 11% year-on-year increase and the strongest August performance in more than 14 years.
Meanwhile, redevelopment is creating further opportunities across Mumbai. Knight Frank estimates that 1,094 housing societies are currently under redevelopment. These projects could potentially add around 59,000 homes by 2031.
Alliance City Developers Expands in Key Micro-Markets
Alliance City Developers has delivered homes to more than 700 families across Mumbai. The company focuses on standalone residential developments rather than large township projects.
In 2026, the developer secured Occupation Certificates and completed sales for Alliance Vista in Vile Parle East, Alliance Abhimanyu in Malad West and Alliance Eternis in Borivali West.
The upcoming projects will further extend this residential portfolio.
Mulund West
The new Mulund West project will be the company’s eighth development in the micro-market.
Alliance City has already delivered six projects in the area. These include Swati Sadan Alliance, Alliance Mathuresh, Amardeep Alliance, Alliance Ravi Kiran, Alliance Mandarpushpa and Alliance Sudeep.
Its seventh project, Alliance Kanchan Krupa, is currently under development. The new project will further expand the company’s presence in Mulund.
Vile Parle East
The upcoming Vile Parle East development will become Alliance City Developers’ fifth project in the area.
The company has previously delivered 22 Alliance House, Alliance Tanvi, Nirmal Milan and Alliance Vista. Alliance Vista was recently completed and sold out.
The new project will target residents seeking access to the Western Express Highway and Mumbai’s domestic airport.
Sion-Matunga
The Sion-Matunga project marks the developer’s first development in the micro-market.
Alliance City already has a presence in central Mumbai through Alliance Legacy and the ongoing Alliance Harmony project in Matunga. The new development will add to this presence and offer residential options in a centrally connected location.
