Alliance City Developers Realtors Pvt. Ltd. has announced that Alliance Sea Breeze, its luxury residential redevelopment project in Santacruz West, has entered the final phase of construction and is progressing towards possession, scheduled by the end of 2026.
Launched in October 2024, the boutique development is among the first nine-storey standalone luxury residential projects in Mumbai to use Mivan aluminium formwork technology. While the technology is widely used for high-rise developments, Alliance City Developers has adopted it for the boutique project to support construction precision, structural quality and faster execution.
The project comprises exclusive 4BHK Palace Residences and features column-free layouts, providing homeowners with greater flexibility in interior planning. The monolithic concrete construction is designed to offer enhanced structural strength, improved earthquake resistance and smoother wall finishes.
As construction nears completion, homeowners are expected to begin preparing for possession later this year.
