Alok has over 23 years of expertise in supply chain management, omnichannel business, strategic business management, and customer experience in a variety of industries, including retail, e-commerce, and B2B and B2C wholesale marketplaces. Alok was a key contributor to the development of Pepperfry’s robust logistics and warehouse infrastructure as a founding team member. During his ten years with the company, he oversaw the experience store expansion, which became a crucial component of the omnichannel strategy.
Alok spearheaded the brand’s launch into the Indian market and improved customer experiences at Isho.com, a D2C eCommerce furniture business in Bangladesh, prior to returning to Pepperfry. Notable roles he has held include Manager of Consumer Operations at Guthy-Renker LLC, Senior Manager at Carnation Auto India, and Vice President at Wydr.in.
