Aurum PropTech Limited reported a strong financial performance for the first quarter of FY27, with total income rising 57% year-on-year to ₹121 crore and the company posting its third consecutive profitable quarter. The quarter was also marked by the strategic acquisition of 100% of Housing.com from REA Group, alongside continued investments in AI-powered real estate technology.
The company said the quarter reflected sustained operational growth across its distribution and rental businesses while advancing its vision of building an AI-native real estate operating system.

Housing.com Acquisition Strengthens AI Strategy
During the quarter, Aurum PropTech completed the acquisition of Housing.com, bringing India’s real estate marketplace into its ecosystem.
The company said the integration combines Housing.com’s marketplace, which records over 58 million average monthly visits and 12 million monthly active users, with Aurum’s transaction and technology platforms to develop what it describes as India’s first AI-native real estate operating system.

The company’s real estate sales automation platform expanded its customer base during the quarter.

Aurum Analytica
The data and lead intelligence platform reported continued growth.
Highlights included:
- 145+ active clients
- 275+ projects hosted on the platform
- More than 1.34 lakh leads sold, representing 77% year-on-year growth
- Launch of AI products including Aurum Lens, Aurum Converse, and Aurum Qonvo
PropTiger
The company’s digital real estate transaction platform expanded developer engagement.

- 11 active mandates
- 60% year-on-year growth in gross commission

The managed co-living platform continued to expand across India.

- Launch of HelloWorld 2.0, repositioning the platform as a lifestyle-focused brand
NestAway
The rental marketplace also strengthened its operations during the quarter.

- More than 9,200 rentable units
- 4,855 houses listed
- Deployment of AI agents for lead qualification and customer support
- Addition of 320 rooms and 25 live clusters under the NestAway Select offering
