The Bharat Print Expo 2026 Roadshow, presented as Mudrapaka Vignana Yaatra in Andhra Pradesh and Achchu Payanam in Tamil Nadu, successfully concluded its extensive multi-city outreach from March 22 to 31, reinforcing its commitment to strengthening connections within the printing industry at the grassroots level.
Spanning major printing hubs and emerging regional clusters, the initiative evolved into a powerful platform for meaningful engagement, industry dialogue, and knowledge exchange. It effectively bridged the gap between innovation and real-world operational challenges, fostering stronger collaboration across the print ecosystem.
The journey began in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, with an impactful launch that saw participation from over 400 printers. This strong start set the tone for a highly engaging roadshow that moved through key cities including Vijayawada, Guntur, Ongole, Tirupati, and Chittoor. Across these locations, discussions focused on technology adoption, business scalability, and addressing the changing demands of the printing sector.
As the roadshow transitioned into Tamil Nadu, it expanded its reach and influence across a diverse mix of industrial and traditional printing hubs. Covering cities such as Kanchipuram, Arcot, Vellore, Ambur, Tirupathur, Krishnagiri, and Salem, the initiative witnessed enthusiastic participation and highlighted a growing appetite for modernization and industry collaboration.
Further stops in Karur, Tirupur, and Coimbatore brought deeper engagement with institutional stakeholders and industry associations, while also emphasizing the importance of talent development and innovation. In regions like Pollachi, Dindigul, Madurai, and Sivakasi, the response reflected a strong readiness among printers to scale operations and sustain long-term growth.
The southern stretch—including Kanyakumari, Tuticorin, and Ramanathapuram—demonstrated the roadshow’s ability to reach even the most distant print communities, inspiring participation and forward-thinking dialogue.
The final phase covered Pattukottai, Trichy, Thanjavur, Chidambaram, Tindivanam, Villupuram, and Chengalpattu, where conversations had clearly matured into action-oriented discussions, indicating a decisive shift in mindset across the industry.
Throughout Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu, the roadshow consistently highlighted critical themes such as technology adoption, modernization, operational efficiency, business expansion, collaboration, and skill development. More significantly, it revealed a unified industry outlook focused on growth, adaptability, and collective progress.
Reflecting on this journey, Tushar Dhote, Chairman, PAMEX & Bharat Print Expo, shared,
“Taking the roadshow across Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu has been a truly insightful experience for us. What stood out was the consistency of engagement and the openness with which printers are looking at change. From emerging hubs to established centres, there is a clear shift towards modernization, collaboration, and future readiness. Bharat Print Expo 2026 will bring all these conversations and aspirations onto one unified platform.”
Adding a regional perspective, Ravindra Babu, Coordinator, Andhra Pradesh Offset Printers’ Association, said,
“The Mudrapaka Vignana Yaatra has been a very important initiative for our region. It has helped bring valuable industry insights directly to printers at the grassroots level. Across Andhra Pradesh, we have seen strong participation and genuine interest from printers who are keen to upgrade their knowledge and stay aligned with industry developments. This kind of outreach is essential to strengthen the foundation of our printing community.”
Highlighting the impact in Tamil Nadu, P. Chandar, Past President, Tamil Nadu Printers Association, noted,
“The Achchu Payanam across Tamil Nadu has clearly reflected the evolving mindset of the printing community. Printers are not only aware of the challenges but are actively looking for ways to adapt, grow, and remain competitive. The engagement across cities, both large and small, shows a strong intent to move forward with the industry and embrace new opportunities.”
What started as a promotional roadshow has now transformed into a unifying industry movement—energizing print communities across regions and building momentum toward a larger convergence.
With rising anticipation and a more connected ecosystem, Bharat Print Expo 2026 is poised to become a key platform where innovation, ideas, and industry ambition will converge.
