Top Brokerages Project Up to 60% Surge in Signature Global Stock After Stellar FY25
Brokerage powerhouses ICICI Securities, Motilal Oswal, and Nuvama have issued ‘BUY’ recommendations on Signature Global (India) Ltd., following its outstanding performance in FY25.
ICICI Securities has revised its target price to ₹1,996 per share, forecasting a potential 61% upside from the May 19, 2025 opening price of ₹1,218.95. Motilal Oswal and Nuvama have set target prices of ₹1,760 and ₹1,456, indicating potential gains of 42% and 20%, respectively.
Signature Global recorded a 57% CAGR in sales bookings between FY21–25, driven mainly by affordable and mid-income housing. FY25 pre-sales hit ₹10,290 crore, with FY26 guidance at ₹12,500 crore – targeting a steady 20% CAGR going forward.
The firm has a robust launch pipeline valued at over ₹45,000 crore in GDV from FY25–28. ICICI Securities projects sales bookings to touch ₹13,000 crore in FY26 and ₹14,700 crore in FY27.
Motilal Oswal highlighted Signature Global’s strategic focus on three key micro-markets in Gurgaon – Sectors 71, 37D, and Sohna – with 7.9 million sq. ft. added in FY25. The brokerage expects 31% annual booking growth from FY25–27.
Nuvama emphasized the company’s strong growth trajectory despite minor delays. Signature Global launched five projects in FY25 (worth ₹13,800 crore) and plans to launch ₹17,000 crore worth of projects in FY26, marking a 23% year-on-year increase.
The financials back this optimism: FY25 revenue from operations doubled to ₹2,500 crore, and profit after tax (PAT) surged 531% to ₹101 crore, underscoring Signature Global’s strengthening fundamentals.
