Chef Vicky Ratnani Unveils Signature Cutlery Collection with FNS at HGH India 2026
Premium range combines culinary expertise, innovative design and manufacturing precision for the lifestyle dining segment.
Celebrity Chef Vicky Ratnani has unveiled his signature cutlery collection, developed in collaboration with FNS International Ltd., at the 19th edition of HGH India 2026, expanding a partnership that brings together culinary expertise, product design and manufacturing.
The launch builds on the collaboration introduced at HGH India 2025, when Vicky Ratnani, FNS International and SWAG, India’s celebrity brand licensing platform, introduced a premium serveware collection. The new cutlery range extends the partnership into another category, translating the chef’s dining philosophy into a commercially scalable lifestyle product.
Designed to enhance the dining experience, the collection positions cutlery as more than a functional accessory. A key highlight is WALES, a signature design created using a specialised heat reaction process that bonds patterns and colour directly into the steel surface, resulting in a durable finish that is resistant to fading while offering a distinctive visual identity.
Speaking at the launch, Vishal Sinha, CEO, SWAG, said HGH India has evolved into a platform that encourages innovation, collaboration and product development across the home and houseware industry.
“HGH India has become much more than a trade show. It is India’s most influential platform for the home and houseware industry, where innovation meets opportunity. Our collaboration with HGH India has been strategic because it provides an ecosystem where innovation, partnerships and design thinking come together to build scalable consumer businesses, not just launch products.”
He added that the collaboration between Chef Vicky Ratnani and FNS demonstrates how culinary expertise, design innovation and manufacturing capabilities can be combined to create differentiated products with long-term consumer appeal.
Sharing his vision behind the collection, Celebrity Chef Vicky Ratnani said:
“I have always believed that food is only part of the experience. What surrounds the table, what you hold in your hand, and how the meal is presented all shape the moment. This collection with FNS lets me bring that philosophy into a product that is functional, beautiful, and made for everyday dining with a premium edge.”
Arun Roongta, Managing Director, Texzone Information Services Pvt. Ltd., organisers of HGH India, said the exhibition continues to serve as a platform for introducing innovations, partnerships and category-building initiatives within the home and lifestyle sector.
Adish Jain, Managing Director, FNS International Ltd., said the collection was developed to combine premium aesthetics, craftsmanship and durability while reflecting Vicky Ratnani’s design vision.
The signature collection is targeted at premium homes and design-conscious consumers who view dining accessories as an extension of lifestyle and personal expression. Supported by FNS International’s manufacturing expertise, the range aims to strengthen the premium cutlery segment through a blend of functionality and design.
The launch also reinforces HGH India’s role as a platform that brings together brands, manufacturers, designers and innovators to showcase new products and shape the future of India’s home and lifestyle industry.
