CHTC Fong’s presented its latest textile machinery at ITMA ASIA + CITME 2026 in Shanghai. The exhibition opened on 20 November 2026. The company displayed its dyeing, finishing and digital technologies at Booth C37 in Hall 7.
The display included three main machines. These were the ECOWIN High Temperature Synthetic Fabric Dyeing Machine, SOFTWIN High Temperature Overflow Dyeing Machine, and High-Temperature Stenter and Coating Machine. The company also presented models of its washing and finishing equipment.
Digital Technology for Textile Production
CHTC Fong’s introduced its digital twin system at the exhibition. The system connected with the machines on display. Visitors could check operating data in real time and remotely control the equipment.
The company also presented its SmartCentre Central Control System. It connects equipment from Fong’s, Goller and Monfongs through one control platform. The system also supports data exchange with ERP and MES software.
In addition, visitors could explore the company’s remote operation system and Dyeing and Finishing AI Assistant. These tools help users monitor equipment and access technical information.
Focus on Energy and Water Savings
CHTC Fong’s displayed several machines for fabric and yarn processing. These included the Dual Circulation Spun Oil Washing Range, SCN 24 Fabric Compactor Machine and XORELLA Vacuum Conditioning and Heat Setting Machine.
The machines support different stages of textile production. Their functions include fabric washing, pre-shrinking and yarn conditioning.
The company also highlighted water-saving technology. Its strategic partner, EXPONENT ENVIROTECH LTD., displayed the GBD High Temperature Beam Dyeing Machine at Booth H7-C07. According to the company, the machine uses a waterless dyeing process and recycles the dyeing medium. This helps achieve near-zero discharge of dyeing wastewater.
Through these technologies, CHTC Fong’s highlighted its focus on digital manufacturing and resource efficiency. The company presented solutions for textile manufacturers seeking better process control and more efficient production.
