As Cipriani fans await the arrival of the company’s newest real estate project, the Italian brand is launching a collection of home décor.
A few pieces from the Italian hospitality group’s first furniture and accessory line, created by Leo Bertacchini, principal of the U.K.-based interior studio 1508 London, are already available, with more to follow. Owners of Canaletto Collection apartments at Cipriani Residences Miami are the only ones with access to the things.

It is anticipated that the branded apartments would be completed by 2028. When it is finished, Cipriani’s first entirely new condominium complex in the United States will make its premiere.
Meanwhile, occupants of the upper levels of the 80-story structure will have access to a first-of-its-kind interior design selection that pays homage to classic Italian style.
In addition to the Canaletto Collection, a unique collection of condos and penthouses that will be situated on levels 62 and above of Cipriani Residences Miami, Mr. Bertacchini and his team have envisioned custom dining tables, dining chairs, bed frames, sofas, and more.
The creative director has previously collaborated with a number of luxury powerhouses, including the French luxury conglomerate LVMH, the French fashion company Saint Laurent, and the American fashion brand Ralph Lauren. The Mandarin Oriental, OWO, Six Senses, and Baccarat Hotels and Residences are just a few of the establishments that 1508 London has recently served (see story).
Future residents are being offered a variety of exclusive members club-style perks, of which the collectibles are only one. Existing Cipriani residences, such as those at 55 Wall Street in New York City, have begun to offer additional benefits such specialized worldwide concierge services.
