With more than 34 years of experience leading multinational corporations in various geographical areas, Kalyan Ram Madabhushi is a highly skilled CEO and board director. Kalyan has led transformation projects in the chemical, fertilizer, and sustainable textile fiber industries while holding top positions at Royal Dutch Shell and Aditya Birla Group (ABG). He has held several positions on the boards of multinational joint ventures and leads with a strategic, results-oriented approach. Kalyan has completed executive programs at IMD Switzerland and the University of Oxford, and he has an MBA in International Business and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering.
