New Jersey’s Fort Lee Len Andolino has been appointed president of Couristan, a company that produces, imports, and distributes area rugs, broadlooms, and custom carpets.

Andolino comes to the organization from the Decorative Division of The Dixie Group, bringing with him over thirty years of experience in the field.

“Len brings extensive experience driving exceptional customer service experiences that align with our company’s mission and legacy and leading and empowering product-led sales teams,” said chairman George Couri.

A significant leadership investment made by Couristan recently was the appointment of Bob Tucci as executive vice president of broadloom. In her new role as executive vice president of residential sales, Tucci will oversee Couristan’s efforts to find and develop new business possibilities for the company’s home broadloom and area rug product portfolios across all customer segments. Andolino will be his supervisor.
