Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited has launched Crompton INTELLISENSE SmartPro, a wireless water level controller designed to simplify household water management. The system combines water level control, pump operation and motor protection in one integrated solution.
Announced in Hyderabad on 9 October 2026, the product uses LoRa wireless technology to connect the main water level controller with the overhead tank controller. It supports connectivity from the ground floor up to the seventh floor, reducing the need for inter-floor wiring.
Smart Water Level Control and Remote Monitoring
The Crompton INTELLISENSE SmartPro automatically starts the pump when the tank is empty and switches it off when the tank is full. A four-level LED indicator also helps users monitor tank water levels.
Consumers can connect the controller to the Crompton Senze App on iOS and Android devices. The app enables remote water level monitoring, pump control, up to 10 schedules and fault alerts.
The controller also offers protection against voltage fluctuations, overload and dry-run conditions. In addition, its IP65 weatherproof rating supports installation in areas exposed to varying weather conditions.
Pump Compatibility, Warranty and Availability
The controller is designed for single-phase submersible pumps up to 2 HP. It is compatible with oil-filled submersible pumps, water-filled submersible pumps and openwell pumps.
Crompton INTELLISENSE SmartPro is available across retail stores in India and on e-commerce platforms. The product comes with a 12-month warranty and free installation.
Customers who purchase an eligible Crompton submersible pump and the controller together on a single invoice can receive an additional six-month warranty, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
With this launch, Crompton is expanding its smart water management portfolio with a connected solution for household water level monitoring and pump control.
