Danube Launches Greenz Community in Dubai

Danube Properties has announced the launch of Greenz by Danube, its first large-scale integrated residential community, marking a significant expansion into master-planned developments.

Situated in Dubai International Academic City, close to Dubai Silicon Oasis, the project is positioned within a rapidly growing corridor in Dubai. The location is home to over 100,000 residents and is set to benefit from the upcoming District IO, a major technology hub aligned with the vision of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
