Gurugram, February 19, 2025 – Signature Global (India) Ltd., a leading name in Indian real estate, has awarded construction contracts worth ₹567.37 crore for Daxin Vistas, an upcoming landmark township in Sohna (South of Gurugram).
Project Execution & Contractors
The construction contracts have been awarded to two esteemed firms:
- B. L. Gupta Construction (P) Ltd. – ₹482 crore for constructing 2,792 independent floors within 36 months.
- Shri Balaji Construction – ₹85.37 crore for external development works, including Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), stormwater drainage, irrigation, rainwater harvesting, and other infrastructure enhancements.
The announcement was made during the Bhoomi Pujan ceremony, where Signature Global also unveiled a sample flat, providing a glimpse of the township’s modern infrastructure and high-quality craftsmanship.
