CarboScreen – Advancing Carbon Fiber Production Through Digital Innovation
CarboScreen is a spin-off from RWTH Aachen University, founded in November 2023 following groundbreaking research in carbon fiber and composite materials at the university’s Institut für Textiltechnik. The company received a startup grant from the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Action in early 2023, supporting our vision from the very beginning.
Our mission is to make carbon fiber and composite manufacturing more cost-efficient and sustainable through advanced digitalization technologies.
For the first time, our solutions enable manufacturers to monitor and analyze material properties in real time during production, ensuring better quality control, reduced waste, and smarter process optimization.
