EFI Reggiani Unveils Sustainable Textile Printing Solutions at ITM 2026
EFI Reggiani showcased its latest digital textile printing technologies at ITM 2026, presenting a portfolio focused on sustainable manufacturing, on-demand production and workflow automation. Exhibiting in Hall 4, Stand 404A, the company introduced new additions to its ecoTERRA platform, along with digital printing systems, pigment inks and production monitoring solutions.
The exhibition highlighted EFI Reggiani’s strategy to support textile manufacturers transitioning toward nearshoring, agile production and environmentally responsible manufacturing processes.
ecoTERRA Platform Expands with Titan
The centrepiece of the presentation was the expansion of the EFI Reggiani ecoTERRA platform, a water-based pigment printing solution designed to eliminate complex pre- and post-treatment processes.
According to the company, the platform helps reduce water, energy and chemical consumption while enabling a more efficient production model.
EFI Reggiani introduced ecoTERRA Titan, developed for industrial production environments requiring higher productivity and greater versatility. Compared with ecoTERRA Gold, the new system offers increased production speed, improved throughput, higher automation and expanded configuration options while retaining the sustainability benefits of the ecoTERRA platform.
ecoNEXT Plus Supports On-Demand Manufacturing
The company also showcased ecoNEXT Plus, a solution designed for on-demand textile production with simplified workflows and shorter turnaround times.
Available in a 3.4-metre width, the system is optimised for printing non-elastic woven fabrics used in home textiles and accessories. EFI Reggiani stated that the solution features very low water consumption, helping manufacturers reduce their environmental footprint.
New Pigment Ink Introduced
EFI Reggiani presented TERRA Plus, a new high-performance pigment ink developed for a wide range of textile applications.
The ink is designed to deliver colour quality, durability and compatibility across natural, blended and synthetic fabrics, with recent expansion to polyamide applications.
Digital Printing Enhancements
Visitors also had the opportunity to explore updates to the company’s digital printing technologies.
EFI Reggiani demonstrated enhancements to its HYPER machine, including the High-Quality Booster, aimed at improving print quality and productivity for demanding production environments.
The company also highlighted the EFI Reggiani EXTRA, designed to offer greater colour flexibility and performance across various textile applications.
Digital Workflow Monitoring
The exhibition also featured EFI Reggiani QUERY, a digital monitoring platform that provides real-time information on production performance, cost per metre and sustainability metrics.
The tool is intended to help manufacturers improve operational efficiency while monitoring environmental performance.
Company Statement
“The textile industry is undergoing a profound transformation, driven by the need for more sustainable, agile, and localized production models,” said Vincenzo Marino, General Manager, EFI Textile.
“With the introduction of ecoTERRA Titan, we are taking our pigment platform to the next level, delivering an industrial solution that combines high productivity, versatility, and true sustainability in a single workflow. Together with our broader ecoTERRA portfolio, we enable customers to simplify operations, reduce environmental impact, and scale on-demand production without compromising quality.”
