eVent Fabrics has partnered with Rocky Mountain ATV to supply its alpineST 3-layer technology for the 2027 MSR Xplorer ADV Jacket and Pants. The new riding gear combines waterproof, breathable protection with ventilation and protective components for changing weather conditions.

Announced on October 8, 2026, the partnership focuses on performance materials designed for adventure motorcycle riding. The garments use eVent alpineST fabric with a C0 durable water-repellent (DWR) finish.

The MSR Xplorer ADV Jacket features SuperFabric overlays at the shoulders and elbows, along with removable D3O Level 1 protectors. Multiple zippered vents help riders manage airflow during warm and demanding rides.

The matching ADV Pants use the same three-layer fabric. They also feature SuperFabric knee overlays, 500D Cordura reinforcement in high-wear areas and removable D3O Level 1 knee and hip protectors.

Both garments include ventilation systems, water-resistant YKK AquaGuard zippers, reflective elements and adjustable fit features. A zip-together connection helps keep the jacket and pants securely connected during riding.

Rocky Mountain ATV selected alpineST partly because of its performance and PFAS-free formulation. The company said reducing PFAS in its products remains a key strategy as regulations evolve.

The 2027 MSR Xplorer ADV Jacket and Pants are available through Rocky Mountain ATV/MC.
