Many of the most accomplished Italian furnishing fabrics industrialists supported the PROPOSTE show in 1993. A specialized and selected fair that would showcase the professionalism and quality of MADE IN EUROPE, beginning with the consolidated MADE IN ITALY, was what was required. SPECIALIZED due to the fact that the exhibitors are the only ones that directly make wallcoverings, curtain and upholstery fabrics, and trims. SELECTIVE because these exhibitors have at least three things in common: their businesses and goods are qualified; they are fair and impartial in their professional dealings; and they are dedicated to exploring new avenues for technological and artistic advancement.
