Feetures Selects Centric PLM to Strengthen Product Development and Support Growth

Performance sock brand Feetures has selected Centric PLM™ from Centric Software® to strengthen product development visibility, centralize product data, and build a scalable foundation for future growth.

Centric Software provides AI-powered enterprise solutions that help companies manage the complete product lifecycle—from concept and design to sourcing, manufacturing, compliance, merchandising, and commercialization. Its solutions serve industries including fashion, footwear, outdoor products, home furnishings, consumer goods, and retail.

Building a Stronger Product Development Foundation

Founded in 2002 and headquartered in North Carolina, Feetures has grown from a family-owned business into a leading performance sock brand known for innovative running and athletic socks. Today, the company manages more than 750 SKUs and distributes its products globally through both e-commerce platforms and brick-and-mortar retailers.

As the business expanded, Feetures identified the need for greater visibility, centralized product information, and improved collaboration across departments.

“As Feetures has continued to grow, we’ve recognized how important centralized product data and cross-functional visibility are across the organization,” said Song Anh Nguyen, Vice President of Product at Feetures.

“We see PLM as an important step toward building more scalable and connected product development processes over time. Our focus right now is on creating a strong operational foundation that can support the business as we continue evolving.”

Flexible PLM to Support Business Growth

After outgrowing its previous product lifecycle management system, Feetures selected Centric PLM for its configurable workflows, spreadsheet-like interface, and robust product data management capabilities.

According to the Feetures product team, the platform offers the flexibility needed to manage product information, collaboration, and bill of materials (BOM) versioning while supporting evolving business requirements.

The implementation is expected to:

  • Improve visibility across product development teams.
  • Centralize product information.
  • Reduce manual tracking and administrative tasks.
  • Streamline project collaboration.
  • Enable faster and more informed decision-making.

ERP Integration Planned

As part of the next phase of its digital transformation strategy, Feetures plans to integrate Centric PLM with its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

The integration aims to improve data flow across departments, reduce manual data entry, enhance reporting capabilities, and strengthen overall business insights while supporting continued product innovation.

Nguyen emphasized the growing importance of product information across the organization.

“We’ve come to recognize how critical product data is to our business. It impacts everything from product creation and planning to sales, e-commerce, and customer service. As we’ve grown, we’ve invested in dedicated ownership and systems that help improve data accuracy, establish stronger processes, and provide broader access to product information across teams.”

Planning for Long-Term Scalability

Reflecting on the company’s PLM journey, the Feetures product team advised businesses to select systems capable of supporting future growth rather than focusing solely on current requirements.

“One of the lessons we’ve learned is to think beyond your immediate requirements. As your business evolves, the complexity of product information and workflows often grows as well, so it’s important to choose systems that can scale and adapt over time.”

Centric Software Welcomes the Partnership

Fabrice Canonge, CEO of Centric Software, welcomed the collaboration, highlighting the role of digital product development in enabling business growth.

“We are thrilled that Feetures, a company that shares our innovative spirit, is implementing Centric PLM. By creating a strong foundation for product data, visibility and collaboration, Centric PLM positions brands to scale with greater confidence. We look forward to working with Feetures as they continue building their digital product development capabilities.”

The implementation marks another step in Feetures’ digital transformation strategy, providing the company with a scalable product development platform designed to support innovation, operational efficiency, and continued global expansion.
