FESPA 2025 Unites Global Print Industry Leaders in Berlin
FESPA Global Print Expo 2025, along with the European Sign Expo and Personalisation Experience, was held from 6–9 May 2025 at Messe Berlin, Germany. The event brought together thought leaders, innovators, and decision-makers from across the global
print, signage, and personalisation industries.
Focused on collaboration, innovation, and future-ready strategies, the expo welcomed 23,061 total attendees, including 14,036 unique visitors—a 10.5% increase over 2024. Notably, 87% of attendees were decision-makers, with 71% being owners, CEOs, or senior managers, collectively managing a median investment budget of €2.9 billion.
Visitors from 126 countries participated, with Germany, Poland, Italy, the UK, and the Netherlands among the top represented nations. The event spotlighted cutting-edge printing and signage solutions, breakthrough product launches (over 100), and featured insightful conference sessions at the SmartHub Conference.
Notable figures from leading companies like HP, Brother, NSELED, and DCC Group emphasized FESPA’s strategic value in showcasing innovation, building networks, and driving the industry forward.
FESPA also reaffirmed its commitment to sustainable growth through its “Profit for Purpose” initiative, which reinvests event revenues into global education, research, and development for the print community.
Looking ahead, FESPA Global Print Expo 2026 will take place in Barcelona, Spain, from 19–22 May 2026, alongside European Sign Expo, Personalisation Experience, and Sportswear Pro.
