Messe Munich to host FESPA Global Print Expo and co-located industry events from 6–9 April 2027

FESPA has announced that FESPA Global Print Expo 2027 and its co-located events will take place at Messe Munich from Tuesday 6 to Friday 9 April 2027.

The 2027 edition will include European Sign Expo, Personalisation Experience, WrapFest, and Textile, alongside the return of the FESPA Awards, World Wrap Masters, and Club FESPA.

Michael Ryan said, “Following this year’s show in Barcelona, I’m delighted to confirm that FESPA Global Print Expo and its co-located events will return to Munich in 2027. We look forward to being back in Germany to strengthen our connections with regional markets and reconnect with our German community. It’s always a pleasure to bring our flagship event to audiences year after year, and I’m especially excited to continue expanding the FESPA network.”

He added, “I’m confident that Munich will offer a wealth of opportunities across print, signage, wrapping, textiles and more. We look forward to welcoming you there.”

According to FESPA, the exhibition was last held at Messe Munich in 2023. The venue is recognised as one of Europe’s major trade fair destinations, offering international accessibility and facilities suited for large-scale exhibitions and industry events.

Organisers stated that further details regarding FESPA 2027 will be released following this year’s FESPA Global Print Expo, European Sign Expo, Personalisation Experience, WrapFest, Corrugated and Textile exhibitions, scheduled from 19 to 22 May 2026 at Gran Via, Fira de Barcelona.
