Real estate developers are highlighting festive homebuying schemes and plotted development offers in Bengaluru and Dholera, as buyers assess property opportunities during the year-end season.
The festive season is bringing attention to residential property markets, with developers offering incentives and flexible purchase options. Sanjeevini Group is focusing on housing opportunities in East Bengaluru, while Aaiji Group is promoting residential plots in Dholera, Gujarat.
Mr. Suresh H. A., Managing Director of Bengaluru-based Sanjeevini Group, said the October–December quarter traditionally supports residential property purchases through festive sentiment, financial planning and homebuying aspirations.
He noted that although demand volumes remain subdued, both supply and demand are moving towards premium properties. Bengaluru’s technology sector, Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and employment opportunities continue to support housing demand.
Sanjeevini Group is focusing on the Gunjur-Varthur corridor and New Whitefield, which provide access to employment hubs in East Bengaluru. The company is offering a “Buying Now and Paying Later” scheme to eligible homebuyers on selected projects this festive season.
Meanwhile, Mr. Lalit Parihar, Managing Director of Gujarat-based Aaiji Group, highlighted growing interest in residential plots across emerging growth corridors.
He said Dholera’s industrial development, semiconductor manufacturing facilities, connectivity infrastructure and smart city planning are drawing attention to its residential property market.
Aaiji Group is offering discounts of up to ₹1.72 lakh on plot purchases during the festive season. The company expects residential plotted developments to support future housing needs as the region develops.
Both developers are presenting festive offers to attract prospective buyers. Their initiatives reflect different market approaches, from housing schemes in Bengaluru’s employment-linked residential corridors to plotted investment opportunities in Dholera.
