Gartex Texprocess India Mumbai 2025 opened its doors today at the Jio World Convention Centre, uniting India’s textile and garment industry with a focus on cutting-edge machinery, innovative fabrics, and sustainable solutions. The exhibition features 125+ exhibitors from across the globe, including key players from India, China, Italy, Japan, Korea, Singapore, and Taiwan, highlighting India’s expanding footprint in global textile manufacturing.
The event was inaugurated by top dignitaries like Shri Sanjay Savkare, Hon’ble Minister of Textiles, Maharashtra, who emphasized government initiatives like the Technical Textile Mission, zonal textile subsidies, and Zero-Waste Fashion, all designed to empower local manufacturers and reduce textile waste.
Shri Shashank Chaudhary, Additional CEO of Invest UP, spotlighted the upcoming PM Mitra Park in Lucknow as a massive 1,000-acre investment opportunity under the PPP model. Industry leaders, including Gaurav Juneja of MEX Exhibitions and Raj Manek of Messe Frankfurt, highlighted the expo’s role in fostering innovation, collaboration, and business expansion in the textile sector.
