WestPoint Home Partners with Eastman to Launch Eco-Conscious Textile Collection

In a major step toward advancing circularity in home textiles, WestPoint Home has teamed up with Eastman to introduce a new line of sustainable bedding and bath products crafted using Naia™ Renew fiber. The collection will make its official debut at New York Home Fashions Market Week, taking place from September 11–14, 2023.

This new range of products brings sustainability to the forefront, offering towels and bedding that are as gentle on the environment as they are on the skin.

Turning Waste Into Value

Naia™ Renew is produced using a unique blend of 60% sustainably sourced wood pulp and 40% acetic acid, which is derived from recycled waste using Eastman’s molecular recycling technology. This advanced process breaks down complex, hard-to-recycle materials into their simplest form, giving new purpose to waste streams and minimizing landfill and incineration.

With certifications for biodegradability and compostability, Naia™ Renew is designed to support long-term environmental goals. It aligns with the principles of a circular economy, helping reduce dependence on virgin resources while lowering carbon emissions.

Comfort Without Compromise

As more consumers seek greener alternatives for their homes, Naia™ Renew answers the call—delivering softness, durability, and performance without sacrificing sustainability.

Towels made from this innovative fiber are lightweight, quick-drying, and ultra-soft, while bedding products offer breathable comfort and sustainable fill options. Whether it’s a pillow, duvet, or mattress pad, Naia™ Renew ensures that sustainability starts deep within the fabric.

A Collaboration Rooted in Purpose

At the heart of this launch is a shared mission between Eastman and WestPoint Home: making sustainable living more accessible.

“Our focus has always been on blending quality with responsibility,” said Jackie Zutler, Director of Creative Marketing at WestPoint Home. “From our U.S. and Bahrain-based facilities to our global partnerships, we’ve consistently led with environmental consciousness. Working with Eastman is a natural progression in our drive toward truly circular products.”

A First-of-Its-Kind Showcase

For the first time, Naia™ Renew-based bedding, fill, and towels will be presented together in a single unified collection. WestPoint Home had previously highlighted Naia™ Renew in its Market Week showrooms, but this launch represents a full-circle expression of innovation and eco-design.

Other textile leaders including Indo Count, Gul Ahmed, Alkaram, Lucky Textile Mills, Yunus Textile, and Design Weave will also be showcasing Naia™-based products at the event—further proof that sustainability is no longer a trend but a transformation.

Together, we’re reimagining home textiles—where comfort meets conscious design.
