Grovy India Reports 74% Growth in Q1 FY27 Profit on Strong Residential Demand
Revenue jumps 233% year-on-year as the company expands premium residential projects across South Delhi
BSE-listed Grovy India Limited reported strong financial performance for the first quarter of FY27, with net profit rising 74% year-on-year to Rs 1.9 crore, supported by robust project execution, improved profitability and disciplined capital allocation.
The company’s total revenue increased 233% year-on-year to Rs 27.58 crore during the quarter. On a sequential basis, net profit grew 114%, while revenue rose 249% compared with the previous quarter.
Commenting on the results, Ankur Jalan, Director, Grovy India Limited, said, “The strong numbers reflect our continued focus on operational efficiency, disciplined execution, and strategic growth.”
He added that South Delhi continues to witness strong demand, making it one of India’s most resilient premium residential markets with significant long-term growth potential.
“Supported by sustained premium residential demand, we believe South Delhi is positioned for stronger growth compared to many other markets, reinforcing our positive outlook for the coming years,” Jalan said.
The company also highlighted its strategic collaboration with Golden Growth Fund, stating that, together with its existing project inventory, it is well positioned to achieve a two-to-three-fold increase in project development over the next few years.
Project Expansion Plans
Grovy India is currently executing 10 residential projects covering approximately 1.83 lakh square feet across prime locations in South Delhi. These projects are scheduled for delivery between Q3 FY27 and Q3 FY28.
During the quarter, the company also acquired three new premium residential projects spanning around 50,000 square feet in South Delhi, further strengthening its development pipeline.
Looking ahead, Grovy India aims to scale its execution to 20–25 residential projects annually over the next three years, subject to market conditions and project availability.
NSE Listing on the Horizon
As part of its long-term growth strategy, the company also announced plans to pursue a listing on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) over the next three years, subject to market conditions and regulatory approvals.
According to the company, the proposed listing is expected to enhance stock liquidity, broaden its investor base, improve market visibility and strengthen institutional participation.
